The Westin Tampa Bay has unveiled a new resort-style pool featuring an 8-foot waterfall wall, bayfront views and poolside dining.

The 64-foot-long pool includes varying depths to accommodate guests of all ages and swimming abilities.

"The new pool experience at The Westin Tampa Bay has been thoughtfully designed as a serene waterfront retreat," General Manager Lukasz Chrzastek said in a press release. "We wanted to create a true escape — one that reflects our wellness-forward brand and gives guests an unforgettable reason to stay, unwind and enjoy everything Tampa Bay has to offer."

The Westin Tampa Bay opened in 2009 and welcomes tens of thousands of guests each year.

"As a 252-room hotel located just minutes from Tampa International Airport, we continue to be a preferred destination for travelers visiting the Tampa Bay area," said Sarah Thacker, director of sales and marketing at The Westin Tampa Bay.

Thacker said the new waterfront pool marks the final phase of the hotel's transformation into a destination resort.

"Combined with our newly renovated accommodations, refreshed meeting spaces, wellness-focused amenities and exceptional location just minutes from Tampa International Airport, the pool helps distinguish The Westin Tampa Bay as a destination that delivers both convenience and an elevated lifestyle experience," Thacker said.

The new amenity is designed to enhance the guest experience by creating a relaxing waterfront atmosphere. Thacker said the resort-style pool reflects the Westin brand's commitment to helping guests feel their best while traveling, offering a space where visitors can unwind while enjoying views of Tampa Bay.
