Two 44-story condo towers would replace St. Pete's Hilton Bayfront under new Kolter plan
Kolter Urban filed plans to tear down the 1972 waterfront hotel and build 325 condos in twin 509-foot towers. The Hilton stays open for now, and no closing date has been set.
